Michael and his wife, Roxanne, reside in Liberty, Indiana with their daughter, Lauren. Michael makes a living driving a semi with a company that he and his brothers started ten years ago. Roxanne works at the local post office.
Michael started hunting when he was just a child. He hunted whatever breed he had. He went from sunset to sunrise with a friend name Bill Barner. Eventually, Michael got hooked on the Walker breed with his female named Rainbow.
In the late 1990’s, he quit hunting to support his newborn and wife. He got back into hunting eight years later with some local friends. Since that time, Michael has had the pleasure to own and walk behind some great hounds, such as 2010 Purina Walker Breed Winner CH GR NITE CH ‘PR’ What’s Up Bullet Man, and GR NITE CH ‘PR’ Hanna’s Creek Rose, both owned by Mike Carmack, and the 2012 Treeing Walker breed hound of the year, GR CH GR NITE CH ‘PR’ Kalal’s MN Psyched Up Miss Pacman, owned by Michael.
MICHAEL FEELS THAT IT IS A GREAT HONOR TO BE PART OF THIS BOARD AND MAKE IT THE BEST IT CAN BE.

Grant credits coonhunting for providing him with a lifelong hobby that will offer friends, fun and relaxation for years to come. Working with the TWB&FA is just one way that he can give back to the sport and Treeing Walker breed.
HIS TWB&FA GOALS ARE TO ENSURE THAT THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES WITH EFFICIENCY, INTEGRITY, TRANSPARENCY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL MEMBERS.

ay and Beverly Milner reside in the small community of Tinsley, Mississippi. They have one son, Spence. Jay and Beverly have been married for 28 years. Jay has been employed as a line foreman for Yazoo Valley Electric Power Association for almost 29 years. Jay and his line crews have reconstructed many hurricane and ice storm damaged power lines in many different states. Beverly is a school teacher and has taught for 29 years.
Jay’s interest in coonhunting started at the young age of 11 with a pointer bird dog. He was silent on track and when he treed, he had the grease! Hides were high back then and he kept a lot of pocket change for an 11 year old. Jay’s interest in Treeing Walkers stated in 1979 with the purchase of a pup. Since that time, he has raised and trained many. The most famous hound he has followed was Gold Creek Mundo. He tagged along on the cast when Mundo won the Mississippi State Championship in 1977.
The main reasons Jay has stuck with the Walker dogs for so many years is for their ability to learn quickly, learn from their mistakes, and get a coon treed quicker than the majority of the other breeds.
JAY’S GOALS AS A DIRECTOR ARE TO ENSURE THAT THE MEMBERS’ VOICES ARE HEARD AND THAT THE WALKER REMAINS DOMINANT.
